With this Christmas-inspired concert at the Berliner Philharmonie, we continue our fruitful collaboration with the Philharmonischer Chor Berlin. During the festive season, various cantatas by Mendelssohn Bartholdy are juxtaposed with Benjamin Britten’s Saint Nicolas, about the life of Saint Nicholas. ‘Vom Himmel hoch’ also helps to create a festive atmosphere.
