Together with the Philharmonic Orchestra Zielona Góra and the Singakademie Frankfurt, we will bid farewell to summer at Frankfurt’s Anger park with music from classic Hollywood films such as Indiana Jones, E.T. and The Lion King. The programme also includes Mieczysław Karłowicz’s Violin Concerto in A major. The solo part will be played by Maria Machowska, concertmaster of the Warsaw National Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra.
The closing concert of the Frankfurt Summer Festival ‘Klassik ohne Grenzen’ is, like the rest of the festival, an event organised by Frankfurter Messe- und Veranstaltungs GmbH and its city marketing department.
