Every child is likely familiar with our favourite animals: the lion, the tortoise, the elephant and the kangaroo. But what do these animals actually sound like? Together with Oskar the Orchestra Goblin, we set out to find the answer and discovered it in the work of Camille Saint-Saëns and arranger Jakub Kotowski. Now we’d like to invite you to join the Catori Quartet in experiencing how the animals celebrate the carnival.
Our music educator, Anne Kathrin Meier, will guide you through the animal world. Excited chickens hop about the ring, whilst the animals in the aquarium remain perfectly calm as the elegant swan finally steps forward to dance.
