When two violins meet on stage… What might come of it? The magic of the strings, of course! Velvety soft sounds, sparkling melodies, glittering notes and singing tunes. These violins can create all of this together. The highest-pitched string instruments, they form the largest section of the orchestra and can sound beautiful when playing together, singing in unison. However, our Orchestra Goblin Oskar is convinced that just two violins can also make wonderful music, and in this concert presents the violin as a fascinating instrument. Alongside the two violins, their older relative, the Baroque violin, also drops by to showcase its unique features. With so many high-pitched violin notes, it’s good to have the deep double bass to balance out the whole string family.
