Big, bigger, TUBA! Who knows which is the biggest, lowest-pitched and heaviest instrument in the orchestra? The tuba usually sits right at the back, unnoticed in a corner. Now we’re bringing it out and want to show you all the exciting sounds that can come from this long brass tube. Our tuba player, Richard Masa, will show you that the tuba can do much more than just play long, low notes for accompaniment. Perhaps the tuba is actually the secret star of the orchestra and we just haven’t realised it yet? In »Tubissimo«, we’re going to get to the bottom of this.
